"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE "

My used car { 2008 Nissan VERSA } purchased July 18, was returned to dealer ( T & T Honda ) Aug. 1 to address faulty dash vent control/air condition issues. These issues were not properly inspected/certified on the T & T mechanical report given at the time of purchase. After meeting with T & T sales rep./Mgr. we were informed that T & T Honda would only cover 50% of the inspection/repair costs for this service. I/we find this decision totally unacceptable as these mechanical issues should have been caught/repaired by T & T inspection personnel/mechanic prior to selling this vehicle.
