Things need to be fixed

In my 4 years of renting from this location, the last 2 rentals have been the worst experience. For the July 25 rental, I was given the wrong truck which completely screwed me over for my business and cost my business over $2000 in additional expense. No one had the decency to call me and tell me that the truck I have reserved a month prior was not available, I found out when I got to the location What are you guys going to do about my extra expenses because I have the receipts
