Extremely Slow Service!

It was granted a busy summer weekend when I had booked the car, but the almost ONE hour wait to pick up a pre-ordered car was really very bad customer relations. Everyone waiting in line in the small office area was exasperated. The front line staff was courteous and friendly, so I don't want to fault them, as they had to work SUPER HARD, as there was obviously a staff shortage. The aggravating factors were that staff had to tend the front desk as well as checking the cars out on the lot and handing out the keys; I also observed a mountain of paperwork associated with each rental. When we returned the car the next day, there was again a lengthy wait to conclude the paperwork. Overall a frustrating experience!
