Reaching for a solution!

I do not have Dates for the following circumstances; However I will be as close as I can in describing the following: 1} on Saturday July ?? I was in Walford Ontario and had to apply my breaks in making a left hand turn off Highway 17 west where I was about to attend Church at St. Francis of Assisi. As I was parking next to a parishner , he noticed the back wheel on my driver's side was smoking and suggested that the calipers might be sticking . 2} Drove to Laurentian Chrysler to have the calliper's checked and was told they were fine. However, I went back to my Home in Espanola and had the Caliper's checked by a mechanic at CanadianTire and he showed me that they were not operating correctly as the " Pads" were scored . Since I knew that the Caliper's were guaranteed up to 60 k Kilometers and I had 54,000 ks approximately on the calipers I decided to bring my car in to have them replaced upon which I was told and shown that they was nothing wrong with them via the mechanic at Laurentian Motors. 3} He showed me how bad the pads were by taking them off . Not being a mechanic my slef, i consulted the Canadian Tire Mechanic who discussed the situation with the mechanic from Laurentian Chrysler. They could not come to any agreement. 4} Having seen the pads and their condition I thought that I bettrer get the brake job done at Laurentian Chrysler as I had a long way to travel back home and having had the rear wheel taken apart already and put back i didn't want to chance driving back with the brakes being inthe condiition they were in. So I had the back brakes relp;laced with " out of Market" roors and pads but NOT the calipers! Theccost of which I could afford as the other route suggested by using Chrysler's parts was out of reach for my budget! 5} they seem alright now BUT I am apprehensive about the operation of the Calipers at this point! 6: I had an after thought that I would like something inwriting from the Lauerntian Motor's Mechanic verifying his stance onnthe conditon of the calipers before he replaced the pads and rotorrs on back driver's side of my vehicle - being a Dodge Caravan 2017. 7} when I called to speak to the person in the office to do request the above, I got a telphone messager askingto leave my number which i did! this weas over a week now and i haven't had any response from your people. 8} I am still waiting and hope that I will have something in writing from the mechanic for my records! Thanking you for your consideration and in Hope that i will get the request to which i ahave asked! Sincerely yours Ken Naples By the Way: This is my third Vehicle hthat I have bought from Laurentian Motors! within the last 5-6 years and have bought from algoma chrysler in Algoma Mills all within the last 10 years!
