Unprofessional

I went online to order a new LG washing machine, however on the website there was no option to schedule nor pay for retrieval of the old machine. I called the store in Brantford and heard that the LG machine was not in stock, but since LG was apparently not very good anymore they recommended the Maytag. After checking it out online I called the store back to order the Maytag. The phone connection was really bad, I could hardly understand what was said. After about half an hour of repeating ourselves it seemed everything was understood, yet I still had to go into the store to full fill the balance after leaving my credit card details. I went to the store in the afternoon and there was no one interested there to help me. The person I had on the phone wasn't there. Finally someone reluctantly found my bill in the system. I paid wondering why it was so much, after looking it over on the way to the car they had added a 4 year warranty onto the bill which we had never discussed. I went back in, but still nobody was interested in helping. After I tracked the guy down who I paid the bill to, he saw that the original sales person (I had on the phone) was coming back in. He sent me to her. I asked her to take the extended warranty off the bill. She refused and started telling me how unreliable these new machines are and that it will cost me a lot of money if I don't take the warranty. Not feeling very confident in my purchase anymore she offered to take 50 off the warranty which I reluctantly accepted. Delivery was supposed to take place on Tuesday morning. At 11 AM we received a call that they had technical difficulties but the machine would still be delivered. At 3 PM we got a call that it would arrive within the hour. At 4 pm we got a call we were next on the list. At 4:15 pm the machine arrived. However they had forgotten to bring the new hoses to hook up the machine. The delivery guys re-used the old hoses, while it specifically states TA only uses new hoses to hook up the machine. At least the delivery guys were very careful, no damage, no mess. After signing a whole bunch of papers I checked out the machine. They had forgotten to level it, nor even make it stable, it was wobbling back and forth. We called the store about the hoses and got told they don't do refunds over the phone and we had to wait until Thursday when the manager would be in. I went back to the store on Thursday to get a refund for the hoses. After finding someone to help me, he first told me it said the hoses were shipped. I had already showed him the delivery sheet where it said hoses missing. I told him it was because their truck had broken down and the hoses were not transferred over with the machine. He refunded the money for the hoses without a further word. After that I went to Lowes, bought new stainless steel hoses for 15 dollars less and installed them myself. I won't be going back to TA.
