Service comment
My only complaint was that I was told that I could drop my vehicle off before 6:00pm. on a Tuesday and that someone would be there. On arrival at 5:15pm., I was told to use the drop box. I was a little taken back and not comfortable with that. Also, I had to call the next day to make sure that my vehicle was being looked at. I would have assumed that first thing on the Wednesday morning, I would have had a phone call letting me know that the car was there and being looked at.
