Poor communication

Was not told about mandatory insurance before for the rental. Was told that the deposit was $500, when I said that the agent told the people in front of me $300, they then changed it. I decided to rent from enterprise and the deposit was only $200, and to date I have not received my $350 back that I was told only a hold on my credit card, but it was taken from my credit card
