High Pressure Low After Sales Service

I left my wife in the finance office after saying no 3 times to the oil change warranty program. “All we have left is a icbc so I went to work. Later told as soon as I left he started the pressure for the extended warranty and oil change again. She finally said yes to oil change plan. Increase in monthly payment. Asked manager to take it off and was offered rain deflectors for windows instead of removing it. Went back a few days later forcintro to Apple CarPlay. While he was doing demo it quit working. Couple hours later it was sort of fixed late for work. Asked to exchange car “7 day exchange policy” we can’t do that you drove it off the lot and it’s registered. Later told as soon as I left he started back up on it until she finally said yes to oil change plan. Increase in monthly payment. Asked manager to take it off and was offered rain deflectors for windows instead of removing it. Went up a few days later for intro to Apple CarPlay. While he was doing demo it quit working. Took 2 hrs to sort of fix it late for work. Asked to exchange cars 7 day exchange policy “we can’t do that you drove it off the lot and it’s registered.
