Unfortunately staff unable to pick me upand suggested walking to the rental agency...over 30 minute walk. I refused and after a few repeated calls they picked me up...zero customer service by driver. Didnt open the car door or offer to put my luggage in car . Very disappointing Car selected was unavailable however Ashley was very nice to me and gave me a discount on the rental. I agreed to the van . Rental was ok and I returned van early. I couldnt rely on a shuttle to Gostation so my brother met me at rental and took me to Gostation .
