Con artists with a nice smile!
BE CAREFUL if you have no experience with buying cars; the employees at CARLOFT NAPANEE WILL SCREW YOU AROUND. Went in for a $15000 car and left with a $30 000 loan. We are not impressed and have told everyone we know not to go there. Don't be fooled by their nice smiles and friendly attitudes.
