NEW CAR SHOWROOM

I noticed you don’t post anything less than 5 stars - wonder why?? Maybe it’s because you are afraid to show people the truth? Ok. Your sales team sucks. Your managers suck. Here’s why. They no nothing about the vehicles including the price. “I have to go ask” is garbage. Have sales stickers ON STANDS - because you cannot go to your computer on the internet every single time to reference that car your standing in front of. What about wheel chair based customers ? You going to make them search out someone every time on their $80,000 purchase? Lol..... to poor. I get that you may test drive your showroom stock (highly unlikely - very seldom) but still have pricing on the vehicles. Stands I guess would be an obtuse idea though? The people returning the replies to these reviews need to also sign their names to them unless they are ashamed of their responses which are bullshit from the response I received from a previous review. If that person was a manager, they should resign due to the pitiful and shameful (very poor) bunch of excuses they used to try and “resolve” any concerns. The responses were excuse riddled with no understanding of customer service. If your a manager - fire yourself. If your a customer service clown sitting behind a desk typing all day - fire yourself. You are pathetic. Getting signs on vehicles is not a hard thing to do. I don’t want to be asking a salesman questions about a vehicle when he doesn’t even know the price and he has to “go ask” - what else doesn’t he know about the vehicle?? It’s about TRUST & buiiding that trust. Learn. To. Grow. from your customers here. They do give you our money. Make sense? Don’t riddle people with excuses. Sign your name to your replies & do business properly. Gain the trust. Learn and grow from customer feedback but don’t bullshit people. They see right through that. Whoever typed a response to me yesterday should fire themselves. BIGTIME Clown. Doesn’t know anything about the customer and is just there for a pay check. Get your head out of your ass. Don’t tell me you can’t put signs and spec sheets on your vehicles in your showrooms, lot and educate your sales team. You are sitting behind your desk to much. Be professional. Put your dam names on relplies to reviews your customers write so customers can see exactly where the garbage comes from. Terrible customer service.

Thanks for your quick response “Dontwanna Talktoasalesman”. We will however, not tolerate abuse to our staff. At this time we will choose not to continue doing business with you unless you want to provide us with a real name and phone number in which we can call and discuss this further. Thanks. NEW CAR SALES

Your Dealership needs to leave or place pricing stickers and specifications on ALL VEHICLES IN THE SHOWROOM. - BRUTAL THAT YOU HAVE TO ASK TO KNOW! This actually takes away from your business and detracts customers from viewing any new product while waiting for their existing Chrysler vehicles during servicing etc. Go after the business, let customers decide for themselves not have to ask a new sale person who has to go ask somebody. If you don’t respect the customers time, you don’t get the business - Period! SIGNS - Everywhere! Outside / inside. Watch your business grow. Signage and spec sheets are silent salesmen.Without then, your business is lost - just like the “new guy” who had to “go ask somebody”.... really?? Don’t waste my god damn time!

Thanks for your feedback. We do not leave the window stickers in the vehicles as they create a distraction to drivers during test drives (and yes we test drive our showroom vehicles). They are all posted on our website and filed in the dealership which are available upon request. In regards to our new salesperson not knowing the pricing off the top of his head…the vehicles in the showroom can change daily as we sell vehicles. Sometimes they are unable to memorize all 15 vehicles at all times. We do however have 4 sales managers that are able to answer any and all questions. We would rather get the exact information requested rather than have our sales people provide a number that might not be completely accurate. Thanks and let us know what else we can do for you.
