Poor corporate customer service

The deposit I had paid had not yet been refunded several days after returning the vehicle. Calling customer service (using the customer service number listed on the website) actually made the problem worse. I tried to explain the issue and after not receiving any help I asked to speak to a supervisor. The customer service rep then patched me through to a company voicemail. I called back, asking to be put through to a supervisor and the exact same thing happened. I called a third time and they refused to even answer the phone. A fourth call left the phone ringing for 15 minutes until a rep answered, and then did the same thing as before. I never ended up speaking to a supervisor, despite leaving several voicemails asking for such.
