Toyota representatives contacted me to schedule a maintenance check appointment. Very friendly and accommodating. I dropped the car off the night before using your key drop box. The pen barely worked. A text arrived the next day to tell me my car was ready, way ahead of schedule. I called, a shuttle was organized for pick up at my work...right on time. I was at Toyota and had my car within 10 minutes of arriving.
