Extention Day

I have used their service for 3 times and the first two experiences were fantastic(10/10). They explain every important detail required and employers are so nice and polite. However, my last experience was not satisfactory, I rented a car for one day and when I was supposed to bring the car back I call them to see if I can extend the car in the same price that I rented before. The response was positive then I decided to keep the car one more day but when I returned the car, I had been charged around 20 dollars more than what they confirmed the day before.
