We were looking for a new vehicle in Sarnia but couldn't find a dealer that was friendly and helpful. One specific dealership has the majority of clients here and as a result their customer service is less than stellar. Being in customer service myself, this is something very important to me. I like to deal with friendly, local people. These guys were worth the drive out to London. Not only did we get a great new truck but they talked us through everything and answered all of our questions with nothing but patience and kindness. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we're glad to be dealing with Jay and his crew now.
