Damaged dishwasher installed and TA took no responsibility.
A Bosch dishwasher was purchased. Delivery personnel, chosen by TA, picked up the product, and carried into my home without any packaging. I opened the door of the dishwasher only to find 3 marks on the interior of the door of what appeared to be rust ...Also the rack had a large rust impression as well. The delivery personnel were still outside my house. I immediately called TA and was rerouted to customer service who took no responsibility or accountability and referred me to Bosch service! Not there problem. I did not purchase this product at a scratch and dent sale but full price. It sits in my home unused. I expect a simple exchange of defective product which they sold me.
