L3V 0Z2 Dear HWY 11 Chrysler: Thank you for your remarkable service, I am so satisfied that I needed to write this letter as well as an online social media review. This will be a lengthy review letter, but well worth the read. It all started when I went to a different dealership in Orillia, I was very dissatisfied with their service on my 06 383000KMS vehicle. The vehicle service light came on & the engine began to idle rough, so I took it to my mechanic friend who changed the spark plugs, changed the ignition coils, as well as all four 02 Sensors due to the P0032 & P0300 engine codes that read “Random/Multiple cylinder misfires and 02 Sensor heater-circuit high voltage (bank 1 sensor 1), but even after all of that the engine was still running rough, burning excessive fuel and on top of that my air condition stopped working. Then I brought the vehicle to the professionals at HWY 11 Chrysler were I was greeted pleasantly by a female service person, next I was welcomed by the service manager Dale, I told him the history about my car. His mechanic(s) diagnosed the vehicle & found a wiring issue with the wire harness. I wanted to purchase a wire harness which would have cost me a thousand dollars plus at least six hours of labor to install. Dale told me not to, he advised me to let them fix the existing wire harness, and they did (saving me a ton of money) plus they also fixed my air condition, I thought I needed a new compressor, but they informed me that it too was a wire issue. While I waited I was greeted by two sales gentlemen and we engaged in delightful conversation, then in such a short time, my vehicle was ready and three key elements prompted me to write this letter: 1) My vehicle was fixed “Quickly” 2) I saved so much money 3) The people treated me amazing, every single staff member especially the service manager. Now I will always bring my vehicle to Hwy 11 Chrysler for all future upkeep, and I will tell all of my friends to go there also. The moral of this story is, don’t assume that every trip to the dealership is going to cost you an arm and a leg. Not only did I receive perfect service, but it costed me next to nothing.
