The staff are very kind & informative but I always have to reserve a minimum of an hour to get an oil Change in their “express” bay. This most recent time I went and there was only 1 truck in the bay and I was next in line . I was parked outside for approximately 30-40 minutes before the truck Before me finished. Then I pulled in for my turn which wasn’t too long maybe 20-25 minutes. As a mom it’s very difficult to see these slow service times as ok when my Baby are crying in the back seat after being in the seat for so long . Speed it up !!!
