This morning I awoke to a Kia Sportage sunroof that wouldn't close. RAIN RAIN RAIN and more RAIN! Following a quick and panicked phone call, in which I was calmed by reception, I brought the vehicle in and was so well taken care of by staff. They worked endlessly to get my vehicle fixed and back to me by the end of the day. Zach at the service desk, Byron the mechanic who tirelessly worked on taking it all apart, Marcus the driver who brought me home and then picked me up again, and the General Manager Tom couldn't have treated me any better.
