What can I say, I could not ask for more. Amy greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns. She took time to ask questions to be sure she understood what I was trying to say. Once the vehicle was checked out, she called me and explained what they had found and what the problem was. The Jeep was repaired and I drove home with a smile thinking how lucky I was to get Amy as my service rep.
