Great experience, fast and easy. The only complaint I have would have was when I was Called earlier in the week I was told you just had to drive up for a oil change. I was surprised when I arrived and was told I needed an appointment. The service people squeezed me in after I explained what I was told. Overall very happy with experience, was my first time at a Chrysler dealership.
