Very very very bad service

Money grab front end dont know anything before call for pickup vehical they don't inspected vehical.it took me 4 visit and 3 days oct 20 1st I received call for vehicle pickup and I received my vehicle on 23 Oct unsatisfied result they insist me to take my vehicle because they don't put me in rental my vehicle don't fixed properly they said I have to come back on 25 Oct to talk to somebody. manager always not in office I tell them I need to talk to manager from Oct 20 to Oct 23 manager not in office front end always told.me.i Am loyal customer of acura since 2013 all repairs and regular maintaice done by your company but this time its very very bad experience.i am expecting some compensation for my visit 4 times and 3 days I drive up and down almost more than 100 km and my 5 hrs waste of time for visit. every visit I pump gas in rental vehical.at last they don't clean my vehical from inside I ask front end I said u guys ch6rge 50$ for clean and disinfect but my vehical is not clean they said disinfectant and clean means clean stering wheel door handles and cuphold we clean with lysol wipes $50 dollars for 1 lysol wipe terrible. I can go on and on for more details call me 204 2984656
