My first time perfect service.
I had been putting off on getting a recall notice service work done for over a year.
I did this because I don't trust dealerships. I've had some bad experiences.
I was in shock yesterday when I took my car to Summit Ford and had a seemless perfect experience. No extra charges. Everybody from Jessica the service agent I dealt with to the shuttle driver who took me home and later picked me up were just perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Summit Ford again. In fact ill buy my next vehicle there.
At the end of the day I got a bill for zero dollars and no list of bogus repairs.
Absolutely perfect..
