Disappointed

Initially the service was very friendly and very inviting. When picking up my car, they had disinfected the inside, however did not clean the car. There was a thick film / residue from the interior and everything felt very sticky. The gas tank was left on empty. It had indicated only 14 km left in the tank. There was one rain guard missing from one of the windows. I had called immediately to ask if they would be able to help. Of course, very friendly and willing to help at first. After several attempts to follow up... the team seemed to be annoyed by my phone calls. A month and a half later still no response. It really is the little things and the customer service before and AFTER purchase that makes a company worth repeat business. I am very disappointed with the service after purchase. Would not recommend this dealership
