My experience has and continues to be excellent.
I am on my second Cadillac XT5 with this Dealership and have dealt with "Shorty" both times. His level of service has been nothing short of excellent. He quickly and capably answered all my questions about the vehicle and continues to promptly respond with any follow-up requests I have had. I have been extremely satisfied with his level of service and attentiveness.
