Poor experience all around
We brought our Ridgeline into Honda for a multipoint inspection. Followed up with all there recommendations. However every time i had something fixed, something else went wrong. They took no responsibility, blamed my truck for being old. Which is nonsense since it’s a Honda, 2014!
They kept offering to fix things, However never actually fixed anything.
Therefore went to birch wood Honda on regent and way better experience. They fixed what needed to be fixed and that Honda mcphillips couldn’t do. I had a clunking noise that started after my experience at crown Honda, they played it off and couldn’t find out what was actually wrong. Keep saying it what this and that, I listened to them and would replace what they said! However bever fixed the noise or issue.
Birchwood Honda was able to diagnose it and fix it, no issues.
