Service was caring friendly and personalized with the correct amount of humour, wanting a 4Runner for many years I was super excited when it arrived, the team at McPhillips Toyota made me feel so proud that I achieved my goal and celebrated my excitement by bringing my shiny new vehicle in the show room to explain all of the features while putting on my licence plates, as I drove away I was in disbelief that this was really mine! I got a follow up text from Ed and an email from Kelly and My reply was I absolutely love my 4Runner, now if this rain would stop I’d go pick up my 95 year old dad to show it off!!
