We have shopped in many dealerships over many years, but never have my husband and I had such a great experience buying a vehicle and we originally were just out looking at what was available, but Mike made it happen. Mike was very understanding to our needs and went out of his way to comply with no pressure attached, he was very friendly and made us feel like we knew him all our lives. Mike was not satisfied until we were satisfied with the amount we got for our trade-in. Mike even took the time before and after the sale to explain how the electronics worked in the vehicle, who does that anymore. Hats off to Chris as well.
