I bought a certified pre owned vehicle that was listed as having never been in an accident. I later found out that the sales associate printed the Carfax prior to the accident being recorded. The vehicle was also repaired at this dealership. I was then in a terrible position of owning a vehicle that was valued at half of what I owed on the vehicle. Audi refused to acknowledge that this fraudulent sale was intentional. The general manager also treated me like I was the criminal. I would stay far away from this dealership.
