Service appointment

Update: 6 months after buying my vehicle my dad went for first service and there was a little miscommunication caused by Harley Bautista who provided us wrong information during the sale of the vehicle and by Adam on the day of the service, first of all Adam was yelling and secondly I don’t think he knew what he was talking about I believe he was just reading something out loud so I requested to him a few times to give the phone back to my dad because I couldn’t understand him due to him yelling into the speaker and a little bit due to his accent but he kept cutting me off and continued on reading whatever he was reading out loud, I asked him a question which he was unable to answer and just kept repeating the same thing again and again, later I talked to the girl in service who answered my question with honesty and told me that she is just from service and she wasn’t sure about what’s included in the first service, love the honesty so thank you for not wasting my time :) next I talked to Neil (the manager) who clarified everything very clearly about what’s included and what’s not and answered my one simple question without any extra unnecessary information so thank you to Neil as well for treating me like an actual human being and not yelling at me or mansplaining unlike Adam. I’m just taking 2 stars away because of the anxiety that I got due to Adam’s yelling and misleading information given by Harley Bautista. Brought a new vehicle with Nav, he was very helpful and friendly throughout the journey, he gave us great suggestions, went above and beyond to meet our needs. 10/10 recommend Crown Toyota, Nav and other friendly staff at this location for your new vehicle.
