The crew at the service area were helpful and knowledgeable about replacing my block heater cord. When I had my oil change scheduled, I was told the package I purchased expired. I went in Sep 2022 and was told the car did not need an oil change. Two finance people told me they would try to honour the package. Still have not heard from them and it's already been more than two weeks. So I paid for an oil change that I could not use.
