Excellent express service
I recently serviced my vehicle at Sisley Honda. I get excellent and express service from the service team, during my working day. I really want to give special thanks Mr. Ahsan Ishmam service advisor in the team, he was extremely patient and understanding my emergency situation before I go to my work. He gave me right solutions and committed to delivery on time. It was really excellent and best express service. As a result I went my work on time was very important for me. Thank you so much Sisley service team and thanks all.

Excellent Sales Service Advisor — David Yulo
As a customer of Sisley for Honda , I highly appreciated your Sales service advisor DAVID YULO for his great job and very accommodating person. I requested a key to my car last month and I don’t know how to follow up this because the last time I called Sisley for Honda , one of your customer service department attend my call and he told me that give him a 5 minutes and he will find out what’s happen to my request and he told me that he will call me back, but after that he never call me .So I decided to call David and relay my problem to him about the my car key. I ask him if he can follow up this on behalf of me. He reply me right away and he told me that he will follow up this and he will get back to me. I am very appreciated to what he did to me as a regular customer of Sisley for Honda. I would say, if all your customer service people are like David Yulo, you will not lose your business instead you will get more gain. DAVID YULO is an asset to this company.

This dealership has a wonderful culture of customer service and excellence and it is apparent in every interaction.
We are not from the GTA and were searching for a specific car as my daughter's 2010 Mazda3 had been written off when someone ran a red light and T-Boned her. Susan worked with me once the insurance settlement was reached and managed to turn the car around in a day. I took a bus into Toronto and Wali picked me up at the Finch station. The car was immaculate, everything was in perfect order and the transaction was exactly as expected. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. You owe it to yourself... call Wali (and Susan) for your next car!

FAST AND EXCELLENT SERVICE ON RECALL OF MY 2017 HONDA CR-V
I received a notice of recall of my 2017 Honda CR-V. I began to wonder if everything will be done quickly because I really have no time from my daily university teaching. I knew I could rely on my Service Adviser Mr, Abe Kassam at Sisley Honda because in all my previous visits Sisley looked after me not any differently than a family. My service Adviser assured me it will not take take more than one to one and a half hours. My auto was looked after efficiently with a smile and was done in less than 2 hours. I noticed as I was waiting all other customers were being looked after with a smile. Thank You Abe for your help and Thank you Sisley. I will always remain your customer.
