What is Consumer Trust Certified?
The consumer trust certification is a Canada wide, auto industry sponsored certification that is earned by dealers that exhibit the highest levels of customer service and transparency in their marketing, sales and service interactions.
To earn the certification dealerships must meet the following standards
- Must have a minimum of 25 consumer reviews on Reviewsii in the last 12 months.
- Must have a minimum 4 star Reviewsii rating.
- Must utilize a Vehicle History Report that conforms with Provincial consumer regulations for all business to consumer sales.
- Must be showcasing integrity in all vehicle inventory listings on auto-classified sites.
