When an accident leaves you with the unexpected situation of needing a car, it's hard to think of a positive outcome. However, that is what happened after dealing with Tim at Hudson's Listowel Kia. The service and advice I received made my decision so much easier. Tim took the time to answer all my questions and give suggestions without being pushy. He was kind and funny with my kids (who voted him best Salesman!) We felt comfortable and cared for through the entire experience and love our new Kia Rhondo. We were in the market for a used car and were having a look at the 2012 Kia Rondos on the lot . Tim came out and greeted us and offered any assistance we needed . He was able to answer our questions . We decided that this was the car we were looking for and were able to make a deal . He then took me around to meet the various service advisors , parts staff and gave me other information about the dealership and rewards program .
Overall a very good experience .
