RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND NEVER LOOK BACK !
I work for the provincial government and don't have a lot of cash for a new car. My inexperience 2 years ago led me to this dealership ... because of the advertisement on 106.5 I thought I would get a fair deal .. The salesman was young and new, new nothing. The female Manager told me they could get dents out and afterwards they said they couldn't ...but the contract was signed ... They offered NO aftercare services to me. Recently I went back for servicing .. they told me I needed level 1 ...and when I got there they told me level 3 ... 250.00 more ...I then wanted to test drive vehicles ... long story short ... they lied and emotionally manipulated me .... I had to haggle which I hate to get a semi-fair deal and they were still trying to pad the bill even after the male manager got involved .... RUN , don't walk away from this place !!! I went to Kia West .... 2 hours later I was offered a smoking deal .... 1.00 more bi weekly for a model 2 trim levels higher for a 2020 kia soul ...Kia West's service department are ICBC accredited and .. they offered me aftercare services ... They allowed me to try a few cars overnight .... I am grateful to Murray Kia because they helped me understand the difference between a good dealership and theirs .. Thanks Murray Kia !

I’ve been with Kia for past 4 years and i have been getting great services there. Today I took my car in and it was so bad at the service department. I needed to get something fixed which they did but doesn’t show on the report. So they tried to get the service manager to talk to me to lighten it and she didn’t even know and was so rude to me where I left with just an OK! I miss Marco there.

Making things right, making us happy
We had a seat heater being replaced under warranty. Unfortunately it took a couple of visits to get it right. But the service manager took great care of us and resolved the issue wonderfully well

I had a nail in my tire. I took it to kia, they were nice enough to sell and install a new tire (my car was less than 3 weeks old). I was given a ride to work and left my car there. I called at 4:50, concerned as I needed my car to return home and the service department was closing at 5. I was told my car was ready. I managed to arrange a ride to the dealership and went to pay for tire, I was told on the phone that the tire could not be repaired, but they would give me 15%off. No one had told the girl at the counter, so she had to adjust the bill. I was not offered back my tire with the nail, even though I had asked for it. I called the next morning to request my tire as I wanted a 2nd opinion on if it could be repaired. I was told someone would get back to me, no one ever did.

Usually good, not this time
Generally I'm pleased with the service, this time as usual the office staff were pleasant. I was coming in for a service, the guy at the front confirmed with me it was just an oil change and once over.
They found my filters could use a changing but I opted to do it myself, and nothing else was mentioned.
After paying the bill I received my invoice and went out to my car. I'd be fine with the state of any free cleaning if they didn't value it at $20 - they vacumed my front seats and shook out the floor mats - didn't touch the back seats or any of the carpet
After reviewing my bill they replaced my windshield wipers and charged $20 and $12 for them - not an issue if I didn't replace them with nicer blades 4 days before the service (they threw away $40 worth of blades)
I went back the next day to ask why they were replaced and to recoup the money spent on the blades they threw out, at first I was told I wasnt charged for them, but it was clearly marked as a cost on the invoice and then I was told that I was sold a modified service package (for their winter package) and that they had to replace them to equal the value of the package (It was confirmed at the beginning as just an oil change)
They did in the end credit me with the wipers they threw out but not without the arguing and attitude from them
