Poor communication

I pre-booked an oil change. I waited for more than 3 hours for the oil change. After 1.5hours of waiting and wondering why the oil change was not completed yet, I had to find a rep to ask for an update. I was told it would take another 20 minutes and then, another 20 minutes until eventually 3 hours had passed. This was upsetting given that I had pre-booked for it and waited, as I was told it should take about 1 hour to complete.

Our staff should have informed you that your maintenance appointment would take more time to do than a regular oil change service. Our Service Manager is aware of the miscommunication and is taking steps to improve our communication with our customers.

I bought a brand new Rav4 2019, that is a really nice car, thanks for the dealer and service, I get everything I need form Bell and Adam. Good job bro.

Poor Communication & Misinformation

Very bad coordination between Crown Service, autobody & Toyota. I had a Roof rust claim that was poorly communicated from autobody to Service to Toyota. I paid for something that I shouldn't be paying for. Also, I was told by Service that I can keep the car beyond the lease maturity date without paying penalty as long as it was in final service repair. This turned to be false & toyota charged me an extra month. All names who dealt with me are kept onfile !!

Very pleasant and fast.

Tell Daryl to catch his breath once in a while. Great guy but should slow down just a little. Pleasure to deal with.
