this was a very positive experience and quite painless; i hate car shopping but this time it was great; no pressure; the salesman was very helpful and informative and answered all my questions < even the stupid ones >; all in all things went really well and i absolutely love my little blue car < especially since it matches my Bomber license plate >

Everything went smoothly.
Fall or winter maintenance package with synthetic oil change and winter tire change, summer tires put back in storage. They provided a car wash and shuttle service.

Chris was very helpful, courteous and informative. The shuttle driver was also easy to talk to and very kind. The work was completed promptly and overall a great experience. I am beyond pleased to have my car back in tip top shape, and the wash was appreciated! Thanks again!
