Not the usual great experience!
Well satisfied with Murray Hyundai as normal except for the Time Line of the day. Dropped vehicle off first thing in the morning @ 7:00AM and advised that they would have my Vehicle for the day as the Shuttle was going to pick me up after 4:00PM. After shuttle dropped me off at the Dealership I was told that my vehicle was not ready and I proceeded to have to wait approx. another hour for it and even at that point not everything was done.
Like the Dealership and love the People but that day was not my best experience @ Murray Hyundai.

Great and we got a surprise gift too.
The service providers new respectful, helpful, and very efficient. We are impressed with the facility. Some of t6he gifts are extremely valuable and useful.

very good service
staff were polite efficient, kept me informed. The servicing was done in the time quoted. The shuttle service was very good and the driver was very friendly.

Everything was taken care of to my satisfaction
My window needed replacing on warranty and everything was pre-ordered with no waiting for installation
Everything went just as Chris had stated Very good experience
