Selfish

They tried to charge me for a recall. I would have been overcharged $70 if I didn't ask why I was bring charges for a recall. Wouldn't trust an invoice without thorough review.

Very happy with quick efficient & professional service.

Had an unexpected problem with a flat tire. Service Dept. was able to look at it & fix right away. Very accommodating & professional service.

Recall

Performed the task in a timely fashion. The car seems to perform normally. Totally satisfied with the staff can't describe what was done other than the car is normal. Can't use 20 words should be 10

Excellent customer service from both Sales and Service team

My experience with this dealership has been really good. They always reply to my emails quickly, within a couple of hours. After the deal, I expected the email replies to take longer and customer service to go down a little bit but it is still the same - EXCELLENT. Found a couple of small issues with my car after purchase but Matt from Sales and Natascha from Services coordinated a service appointment for me and fixed those issues as quickly as possible.
