Disappointing
While staff were always courteous and helpful, your company has not stood behind its product. My 6 year old car requires its 3rd transmission. Hyundai will cover the cost of the part. But, not the labor. I am required to pay $1200 labor for a part that is obviously faulty and should not require replacement. The transmission is 14 months old. If this is considered a reasonable wear and tear, the. Your product is not of very high quality. I have loved my Hyundai but am rethinking my loyalty to this company
