We purchased extra warranty and with onky 6000 km on the vehicle we have had to pay for 2 new tires which had no visible damage but somehow had sidewall holes.
The manager agreed that there were no visible signs of driving damage but we have had to replace 2 tires on our car that currently has less than 9000 kms on it. We have an extended warranty which he said does not cover this type of damage. He refused to look into the possibility that these issues are due to some factory defect.

Service for Oil and Tire change
I came for my summer tires and I was informed that I had an oil leak.. the same leak your folks were supposed to have "fixed" the previous time. This in my way is called "hosing' to put it bluntly.
Either they think I am stupid or they didn't do it right in the first place.

Tires question, not answered
When pickup my car, there was no mention of a note from the technician. So I sent a message to Murray, via there web site. 4 days later I get a message that I will get an answer from the appropriate person. I never did, and it is an important question.
- The technicians note was: The tires were seized, when he was rotating them.
- My question is, was something done about it? If yes what was done.
- If not, what does my wife or teenagers do when they get a flat? When they jack the car, they won’t be able to bang safely on the tire.
Now that was more than a month ago. And my father past away, and I didn’t have time to chase for an answer.
Every car that I have own, the tire doesn’t seize. So, it is not a normal thing to happen. And with the safety aspect, it should be remediated immediately.
Please advise
