It was great. Should have given rubber mats right from the start rather than saying no but giving them to us anyways.
We liked the staff. We especially appreciated that we weren't treated rudely when we didn't want all the extra warranty.

Awesome!
Nelson was open and honest with me right from the beginning. I walked into the dealership not knowing what I wanted, he listened and very much understood my situation. He helped me get a brand new vehicle that really met my needs. Nelson is very patient, understanding, courteous, and doesn't fool around :)
