Pretty much old friends now, Shaun was totally focused on getting us the right truck.
We popped in with little warning, asked Shaun to do the math, and see if we could upgrade to a 2500 HD Diesel, we discussed all options, including waiting for the 2017 model. It was all about getting us exactly what we needed, at a price point we could afford. The team are all people I'd happily share social time with.

Went above and beyond
Michelle, in charge of loans went above and beyond to help me. She was fantastic!! She knew what I wanted to purchase and made it possible! But as she's not in sales she passed the sale on to Shaun, who I had no issues with! Knowledgable and such!
However, my issues with Steele is when I needed warranty work done and called them with questions and was given the run around!!!
