Purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Cruise from Darrin Connors. I test drove a cruise but when I finally received my car it was lacking some of the features from the one I test drove. Although I fully understand there are different packages, he should of explained what the model I chose included. I was expecting a little more. He lead me to believe that what I was driving, was what I was getting. He did tell me only when I asked about the free oil change for two years. He wasn't very forth coming with anything really. I was disappointed and left with feeling a little taken advantage of. In all my years in dealing with Mcphee this is the first time that I felt this way. If anything keeps me coming back, it will be the professionalism of your service department.
