There is no BS, the staff are welcoming and work hard on behalf of me the customer.
I arrived at Steele Chevrolet with a specific budget in mind and a specific car I wished to lease. There was no up sell by the sales associate and no surprises when finalizing the deal with the credit manager. Knowledgable staff with courteous service was met at every step of the process.

Sales person review
He gave us appropriate information and if he needed clarification he sought it from a supervisor instead of making something up and needing to correct it later. We felt he was honest with us. He promptly returned calls and message.
