I explained my concern and the concern was addressed this is the way it should be
I had a headlight issue with my 2015 Sierria, the first visit did not go the way it should have(only replacing one light bulb) I did return as I stated I would have to. The one bulb was much brighter than the opposite original and made night time Erving very dangerous. This was corrected immediately and was explain as being a GM issue to not originally change both bulbs which should always be normal practice. Great staff at Steele I expect this to continue as I am a loyal GM customer.

Worth driving the extra distance for an excellent customer service experience.
When our truck's automatic window would not go back up I called in after hours left a voice message. Received a call back first thing next day and squeezed in that day. Car rental was arranged as part was not on site and my truck ready by end of day following day. Great team work Steele - I know I will be back for all my future needs.
