Better customer service now that the surveys were made available. Definite improvement.

The politeness and the courtesy shown makes you feel better to have service done there. The effort is being put out rather than assuming we are happy. We realize is an in and out assembly line get the job done. BUT the customers have there day going on and customers are probably not happy bringing in the vehicle. Being without a vehicle and paying out money generally puts us in a mood. A little courtesy goes a long way. Surveys help keep a reminder customers are important. But it should not feel the survey is why we get good service. My service was great, the staff is friendly and informative. Thanks Derrick.

Very knowledgable and helpfull sales man!

Rob did a great job working with us to get us exactly what we needed. Great service and before, during and after. Worth the drive. We'll be talking again for our next vehicle!

I had some seals replaced to my greatest satisfaction My customer service rep went the extra mile in looking after me and my needs.

dealings at Wheaton

I was disapointed to learn that the extended warranty I had purchased for my 2015 Silverado 2500 hd was not transferable when I traded the truck in at a dealership

Waiting for our 250.00 referral bonus (each) Wayne had mentioned to us.

Stan and Ted are waiting for our referral bonus of 250.00 dollars each promised to us by our salesperson before the cars were purchased.
