very informative about services required for that visit
Jeff Strassburger was very good at looking what services other than the oil change that was needed for my Equinox. He as very good at explaining what the servies were and would call me at work to inform me if all were needed. He did call to tell me what would be done and the cost. Also my Equinox was washed at that visit which was greatly appreciated.

although I was on time for the appointment I made online, I waited a total of two hours for a simple oil change without any communication why it was taking so long
I arrived 10 minutes before the time I believed to be booked online for the oil change I needed. The service adviser area was empty and I had fast.and professional interactions with them. I went to wait in the lounge. Two hours later - my simple oil change was done. TWO hours. Nobody came to mention why it took so long. When I called back the service manager was very polite and helpful, and offered me a free oil change next time, which I have accepted. However, my husband called the adviser who danced about with many things that made no sense. All that needed to be done to improve my experience was someone saying to me - Mrs. Russell -this oil change is behind and would you like to continue to wait.

I'm sorry your oil change took that long, and even more sorry nobody was on the ball and let you know. That's not how things normally happen! We've had a discussion with the staff regarding your incident and we will be monitoring the lounge more carefully going forward.

The experience was excellent, fast and thorough.
The service was fast and thorough. The process of the maintenance, on my car, was explained to me once i arrived to Wheaton Chevrolet Ltd. All information was checked ie. home address etc. Had driver take me home and pick up again when the maintenance was completed. My car was waiting for me when I arrived back to the service area. It was an excellent, seamless experience.

2011 Equinox
Very customer focused in fulfilling my repair request. The customer service tech kept me apprised at all times with great clarity. Due to the required length of my repair, transportation was arranged for me.
