Annual scheduled maintenance
Liked being able to schedule the appointment on line. Happy with service and everything checked out. Saw my car sitting in the lot ready to go for over half an hour before I decided to check and see if it was ready. In the past I was notified when it was ready, so would have appreciated the same to avoid waiting longer than necessary. Everyone was friendly and nice to deal with.

Exceeded Expectations
Always greeted with a smile, provided excellent quality customer care and service exceeded expectations again, had my truck all ready to go (even had full tank of gas) nice.

Positive experience
Took car in for first maintenance check, an oil change. I also had the car cleaned inside and out. I was very satisfied with the service.

Semi-annual service.
Service was done promptly and efficiently. I was called to discuss an additional service that had not previously been planned. All staff are friendly and pleasant, including the courtesy van drivers. Special kudos to Jeff Strassburger, who always keeps the details moving along.
