Service when you need it !
My friends and I were at the beginning of a month long vacation to ride our bicycles from Jasper to Missoula Montana. I hit a deer which destroyed the front end of my Suburban. Headlights were destroyed, the transmission cooler was ruined, the AC radiator and lines were ruined, not to mention significant bumper and grill damage. I asked the service rep to make it functional as quickly as possible so my friends and I could Resume our adventure. The vehicle was towed in about mid-day and in less than 24 hours I was back on the road. Many thanks to the service team at Wheaton

Complain of my cruise control not addressed.
I paid more than a grand for repair and maintenance but no complementary cleaning etc. of my car. Unlike other shop they clean up well during General maintenance.

We try to do a complimentary clean on all vehicles that come into the shop, but sometimes the wash bay is super busy and we just don't have time to do the work before you come get your vehicle! Great people at Wheaton's but GM is slipping on parts availability in my opinion.
Thank goodness this wasn't an emergency. I was surprised that this part was not stocked anywhere in Canada, and further, that in this day and age expected availability was 10 to 14 days to bring it in from the US! The original strut, with only 13,000kms on the vehicle, seems to have stopped leaking oil anyway. I suspect that the reason nobody in the GM system is stocking this part is it has no sales history. There should be need to replace some of these by now, so I suspect folks must be sourcing such parts from other, possibly less expensive suppliers.

Very professional, friendly and thorough
Upgraded my 2015 Silverado to the new 2017. Opportunity was raised by my sales person Rob and he was able to make it work for me financially and with the features I had in my original truck

Honest and open discussion with the sales rep.
The sales rep informed me that he would get me the best possible trade in allowance and the biggest discount on the new truck which he did.
